3.1 All products displayed on the website are subject to availability.
3.2 Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours, textures, and details may vary due to screen settings, lighting, or production characteristics.
3.3 Certain products may be made-to-order or customized at the customer’s request.
4. Order Process and Contract Formation
4.1 An order is placed when you complete the checkout process and submit payment.
4.2 After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance.
4.3 The sales contract is concluded only when:
- payment has been successfully processed; and
- the order has been accepted by us.
4.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- product unavailability;
- pricing or description errors;
- suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
5. Prices and Payment
5.1 Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are exclusive or inclusive of taxes depending on the destination country.
5.2 Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown at checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.2 Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to destination, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
6.3 Shipping risk passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.
6.4 The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may result in additional charges.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
7.1 International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
7.2 These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices unless stated otherwise.
8. Inspection and Damaged Goods
8.1 Customers must inspect products upon delivery.
8.2 Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence where possible.
8.3 Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
9. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
9.1 Where required by applicable consumer protection laws, customers may have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
9.2 To exercise this right, customers must notify us in writing within the withdrawal period.
9.3 Returned products must be:
- unused;
- undamaged;
- in original packaging.
9.4 Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
10. Exclusions from Returns
10.1 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- custom-made or personalized products;
- made-to-order items;
- products altered at the customer’s request;
- items showing signs of use or damage not caused by us.
10.2 These items are considered final sale, except where mandatory local laws provide otherwise.
11. Refunds
11.1 Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
11.2 Refunds are processed only after returned items are received and inspected.
11.3 Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
12. Warranty and Liability
12.1 We warrant that products will materially conform to their descriptions at the time of sale.
12.2 Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or accidental damage are excluded.
12.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, unless mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.
